Listening is my main focus when meeting with a new client. I want to learn what you are trying to do in the Las Vegas real estate market. What is the your ideal timeline to buy a home? How long do you want to live in this new home? Where the home should be located? Plus, we get on the MLS to initiate a search for your ideal home, have all possibilities sent to you, and then begin the refining process to look at the right ones.
